An old porcelain fused to metal crown had been placed on the right central incisor several years before. The gum was unhealthy and the metal margin was showing. The left central incisor had been covered with a direct composite veneer, which was discoloring and looking lifeless.
The teeth were whitened for eight nights, minor gum surgery was performed to bring the gum back to good health and to adjust the height of the gum to the adjacent tooth. Two all porcelain crowns were placed.
